Adam is fairly new to the company. in the first drill campaign he put together they got the best intercepts the company has ever got and put together a modest mre.
They will probably need money soon after, if not before the current campaign is done. They have been approached by majors, but so far we can assume offers have been declined, if he was after a pay packet and not taking care of shareholders he wouldn't be holding out.
There's a group of drongos on here who think the above things all somehow mean management is bad. Patience is required is all. Management has performed well so far.
