I am not offering to give you any advice, but if you are asking for an entry, you should the posters give a little info too, like
how long were you expecting to hold, when do you think it will go up, why then? how much return do you want (because it influences the entry) how much risk is OK? Does the general market influence you or is this totally independent of all factors other than APGs price
otherwise you could justifiably get the "buy now and hold for eternity" answer.
