Most, if not all of the factual information on CCC (as opposed to opinion) in the latest D & D update is freely available via the latest CCC report/presentation given to the ASX. As I said previously, most of what AC said has been covered on HC over the last 3 days already, esp. the stuff about day traders manipulating the SP.

AC has been working his backside off in Kalgoorlie this week, making contacts, gathering information and preparing us (his subscribers, anyway) for some new recommendations. Obviously he hasn't had the time to give a thorough assessment of the magnificent CCC/Mashala deal which was made public on Wednesday. Note that AC acknowledges that people pass their D & D updates around to friends via forwards, and that he does NOT condemn or forbid it. He recognizes that eventually if people see value in his reports, then they will subscribe to his services. Another newsletter investment service I subscribe to (at $800 per year) threatens to prosecute people who forward their newsletters, and then ban the offending subscribers from further accessing the service. I'm okay with this approach too, as he's trying to protect his intellectual property.
