There has not been any director selling in PNX, to the contrary they have been buying in recent times, both in the SPP and on market. The company is transforming itself from an explorer to producer. If the transition is successful, in my opinion the upside is substantial. The calibre of the management team in this company gives me great confidence that they will successfully implement their strategy and grow Phoenix Copper into a company worth multiples of current levels.

With regards to ARM I took money off the table when the valuation became overstretched, especially for a company that hadn't drilled a hole. That is an extremely important lesson I have learned over the years and is a key element to my success. However, I have always maintained a significant holding in the company because I think the potential of their ground in WA is enormous and now the market valuation has good too far to the negative side.
