i'm wondering if the "drill before October" condition concerns u guys here.

I'm confident of a successful application based on market conditions, elasticity supply/demand of rigs and common sense will apply. Who knows what rabbits the Company (and whoever they are talking to) will be able to pull out of the hat.

However, in dealing with Government departments there is some slight uncertainty as to how the rules will be applied. But having said that I am sure that the Company would be able to whistle up some sort of drill, and substantially start - even if a few of us have to get on the end of a brace & bit, lol.

The Company also has a backup of a Ministerial decision I believe, but I think it's going to be a lot easier than this.
