It's been less than a month since DCB and JC left. As annoying as the news vacuum is, I'd rather the next few steps get addressed properly than try fill the void with 'nearly but not quite' communications.
CEO's worth their remuneration package don't just fall off trees and it would make sense to have this position locked in before rolling out any revised strategy. That being said, I think it would be a hostile AGM if these matters haven't been advised on by then.
