I know what you are saying and agree in part. But you or I are not certain. So until that is the case we have to keep our foot on the accelerator. No amount of delivery (which most know these are just guidelines) could have stopped the ECE shares and net 130M short.

When you experience the burn of losing large sums $$ as a retail investor (for being naive and trusting that the system is regulated) and given we sit in the dark and deals are done with others best interest in mind (particularly larger shareholders). You quickly learn not to trust anyone. You, yourself pointed out (several posts ago) the obvious connection (yet unable to prove) with shorters and the company that was about to release the announcement. I see every day, these inefficiencies in what is suppose to be regulated market.

Never 'trust' any of these companies, as the law says they work for us. But really they work for the people that pay them, and that is often the person with the largest wallet - thats what they call 'networking'. I have no reason to say ARU is behaving in this manner. But this does not mean i will not be on my toes, nor should you.

So, until we find the reason, for shorting and any other decison ARU make, I will always continue to be actively exploring, and if you have invested enough, then so should you.

We retail investors have to take care of ourselves. To continue to learn and to continue to share with other like minded retail investors. So, its not advisable that you ask us not to give this any air, nor any questionable arrangement that arises in the future. Once we determine its safe for our investment, we move on to the next 'concern'. Given we are in the dark, any reasonable director would agree that we have every right to do our due diligence.
