Not sure what to make of recent insider trading activity.

Whilst Director buying is a positive, Robert Green's first small purchase after four years as a director should be put into perspective. Interestingly both Diectors on market trades were near intraday highs and currently well out of the money.

There has been a lot of insider activity in recent months and a sell down by the two largest shareholders. In the past twelve months WHSP has reduced their holding from 20.18% to 18.04%, whilst Mizikovsky Group has reduced to 6.49% from 16.57%. None of the notices for Mizivosky listed any consideration so it is not known if they were open market transactions and difficult to guage the sentiment of that insider. Top 20 shareholders own 41% of the company, only 3 of which have a holding more than 5%, so we may never now who was on the other side of these transactions.
