If management were to conduct a buyback, and these shareholders did not tender their shares, then their shareholding may increase to 55-60%. Does anyone know if there would be any issues around (for example, limits on foreign ownership or limits on centralized ownership for ASX stocks in general) this which might be the reason why a buyback is not happening?
