Clearly you don't look closely enough at the trading if you cant see this occurring day in day out....
This type of trading is way beyond us mum and dad traders... Have a google... there's plenty of info incite you.
many many examples and executed on many ASX listed stocks day in day out.... especially a stock like AXE which is tightly held.
