IDC process is 3-5 months from the point of submitting an application for funding. Highly doubt IDC give a written expression of interest prior to starting their process.
Either way, WWI have been talking to financiers since October 2021, all eggs in one basket. Maybe another ~2 year wait for another 'expression of interest' if this one gets cooked.
