    I think that is the wrong and simplistic view .

    Wr1 is probably about 2x to 3x undervalued from current sp once it has MRE, but its around 6 mths from MRE

    That does not imply azs is overvalued. One has to compare the entire house, not just the golden front door to get the true value comparable.
