re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... he was perparing if that there was huge exchange ops to head, he could still pay $1 million and keep he has +10% of the company

but now he wounldn't need pay $1 million and nothing changed of his percentage, and i think $69000 is not a big deal for him, AUJ has money right now and don't need that kind of 10 million more, they still can buy more projects in near future.

in another scenario, if he converted ops, he now has 20% of the company, i don't know if there any law aganists that. i mean one director can owe 20%??

BTW, I believe Silverwood is company maker for AUJ. this is the 4th drill~~
