Not necessarily - and given recent company performance highly unlikely to convert 1-1The conversion rate to ordinary shares will depend on the performance of the LTIP against specified performance metrics and targets. I believe the historic conversion rate of the LTIP plan is somewhere around 60-70% (which is still pretty attractive when you have so many performance rights, and EVN hands them out to employees like lollies)
