For someone who likes to stick to facts, you should have done a few minutes of research before saying I got "so many stocks wrong". In particular with GXY, where I disclosed my trades when I made them both on the long and short side. I can even provide links to the posts if you can't figure out how to use HC advanced search. But hey, I wouldn't expect anything else from you. You live in your own little fantasy bubble and only read the things you want to read.

What positive developments has AVZ made? Nothing positive has happened since the start of the trading halt. Taking the government in the jurisdiction your only asset is in to court isn't a positive. You can spruik all you like about how taking the government to court is good, but the reality is it isn't. The DRC was, is, and always will be corrupt. You can fantacise of a day when it isn't corrupt, however, you're only kidding yourself. Why does AVZ have to hire someone to communicate with the government?

And being a sponsor of an event means bugger all. There's like 15 other sponsors of the event. Kind of makes a mockery of being a sponsor. Kudos to AVZ for trying their best to do what they can to make an impression on the government. But nothing has worked so far.

I just hope you haven't bet the farm on AVZ. This is going to tank either way if it ever trades again. Totally daydreaming if you think it's going to fly. People will want to liquidate at the first opportunity. Look at LLL. It was trading for a week and then is in another trading halt. Oh yeah, they're in Africa as well. There seems to be a pattern emerging that Africa is not investable to the western world.

Speaking of getting the mining licence sorted.. so when's that happening? You keep kicking the can down the road saying things to the effect of it being imminent. Then nothing. Rinse and repeat. At least now you're admitting that nothing is going to happen until the court case is resolved. I could have told you that ages ago. But you were of the belief that it wouldn't get to the point of going to court and things would be sorted before the case began.
