CEZ do say they arent going to fully consolidate, so I take it they mean they wont be buying EMH out and they also have a say in who can buy us out too that bit im not so sure on but I belive it to be the case, I am sure they would welcome a partner who has Lithioum mining experience along with more connections too , but then again thers the EU and being seen to be Green and keep the ore local and the processing, they wont tlet EU Lithium out the back door im sure , so difficult to name a prefer partner for them other than the usual suspects , Which miners are active in EU and welcomed? of course they wont of been mining Lithium ( in EUROPE ) but they might fit in with the EU ambitions
