Let us say "it is true." Anyway, Person213 is one of people on this forum. Therefore, he/she knows nothing about short term behaviour of the market. How he/she can say something about short term behaviour of the market?

Now let us say "it is false". That means "The people on this forum know everything about short term behaviour of the markets." Likewise, Person213 is one of people on this forum. Therefore, he/she knows everything about short term behaviour of the market. Now "The people on this forum know everything about short term behaviour of the market?"
