Having it repaid by 2013 will be largely attributable to tax income increasing with growth. Peter111 --------------------- They are only saying they will get the budget into surplus (LOL LOL LOL)by 2013,not the debt paid off.Even in the unlikely event that they do manage that ,they will still have the present debt plus all the debt they will run up in the next 3 years.But since when have labs been interested in the truth!!!!!
