Yoon Suk Yeol, president of South Korea, has just said that military cooperation between Russia and North Korea threatens not just Ukraine, but his country as well.
He is speaking in New York - at the UN meeting we've been brining you updates from.
The president also promised not to "stand by" as Moscow and Pyongyang continue to threaten world peace.
President Yoon had previously said that military cooperation between North Korea and Russia is both "illegal and unjust", and that it "contravenes UN Security Council resolutions and various other international sanctions".
North Korea's Kim Jong Un left Russia after a week-long stay, meeting with President Putin amid widespread reports the pair were thrashing out a deal on weapons.
During his visit, Mr Kim pledged his support to Russia in what he has described as the "fight against imperialism".
The North Korean leader also praised Russia and its president for a fighting a "sacred war" against "hegemonic forces" - thought to be a reference to the West.
The two also toasted their friendship with Russian wine after President Putin showed Mr Kim around the country's most modern space launch facility.
