If they ditch Cosmo, while it's hard to value a company that is 100% speculative (absolutely nothing concrete) I assume they would get some cash.
Would it really be a lost opportunity? If they go public, we can all still invest (or not), as can the major shareholders/directors of ADG. It's not quite the "free" Cosmo shares (which were rationalised on money from DDD going to Cosmo), but arguably this is better for ADG as (hopefully) that money would be returned.
We will, of course, see.
