Yeah, but do you trust Capocchi to buy that parcel of revenues at a reasonable price?
Compound that with a legal dispute, beyond a failed arbitration, that will take longer to resolve than H2 24.
And with both partners wanting to keep said revenues as they continue to compound?
Capocchi should be rolled for effing the agreement in the first place.
At best, they will have to pay up, and raise capital at these diminished prices.
