two years ago i did a test trade 50k shares of wbt from my one account to a trust account (different name but with my name as one of the beneficail parties). ASIC called me to confirmed that trade was classified illegle as it will cause un-wanted price movement. The holding was settled back to the original account.
So yes, for retail, you can not play such game.
