An official complaint has been made to ASIC on Citigold's delay in payment to the Australian Gold Trust. This is the final payment, and 65% of it has been paid but the final amount was not paid. They are now over two months overdue.
We were promised the payment in four installments, but instead got four installments of the capital only (not royalties) - 16% each rather than 25%. I believe that this promise was deceptive.
