Yeah thankfully that won't happen (assuming all goes well with the FDA). TH is only needed when they need time to discuss, investigate, analyse something etc. where they need to involve other parties (where the risk of leaks is high)
That's not the case for the FDA when they approve something, so the only reason for a TH will be if the company needs to do that as a result of the FDA decision (which would not be good)
