why would they spend millions of dollars now and risk it not being approved?
if it doesn’t get approved wouldn’t that have been a waste of money?
and wouldn’t most shareholders think that’s a stupid decision and sell? (SP go down)
isn’t it obvious they don’t think it will be declined by making this decision.
