Are we really suggesting that IHL is a scam? The trials to date have all delivered successful results. They were run by Universities and results assessed by individual parties. They've consulted with the FDA at every step of the way with no issues to report. World renowned experts are have joined the team from all over the globe. Not to mention Peter Widows, a business man of high credibility and standing here locally.
I think we're fortunate that Sud is out. Hell, maybe Joel and the gang even ousted him when they realised something was amiss. Who knows.
As for the patents. I believe they all have multiple inventors including Joel and Mark Bleakley. Someone with more patent knowledge than me would have to explain the legalities around that.
