I had to stop at Harcher's first paragraph, as it is logically fallacious.
"The core truth is that the Voice... is about indigeneity."
And here's the whole of Australia all this time thinking it's about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Because that's the EXACT way they are referred to in the referendum.
Under Australian law, Australian Aboriginals are classified as a race.
Therefore, the referendum is racial. And if a voter believes it confers a constitutional privilege upon the Aboriginal race not available to any other race, then it is a valid argument to say that the Voice is racist.
Harcher on his best day is no match for even the average HC 'No' advocate on their worst. It's got to the stage where the vote will be 60% No, 40% Yes, because the public argument for the Yes side is just going round in irrelevant circles now.
Their ammunition depleted, their cause defeated.
