Roy, Ive just seen a few trades/prices in the lithium mkt which indicates more pain. However, the LT thematic has not changed. The difficult part at the moment is trying to figure out the floor. Its worth noting the last time LCE prices hit 165k/t yuan there was a significant bounce. This occurred in May CY23 and we are at these levels now. This may indicate we are at or near the lows. You could front run now, but I would personally like to see a price trend reversal confirmed before going hard into PLS again.
There are also other risks that are floating around which I would need to see resolved. This downtrend started in Oct CY22 so has run for almost 12mths now. You would have to think this cycle within a cycle hasnt got much more to run. Possibly another 6mths if that, so its a short term problem for investors when you look at the grand scheme of things.
