Dont know about this resolution 5:
"the establishment of an employee securities incentive plan, to be called the “ECS Employee Securities Incentive Plan” (Plan); and (b) the issue of up to 166,009,600 securities under the Plan"
That a huge dilution, over 10%. Would like more detail on this. What are the targets for this to be issued, who are they going to be issued to, etc. 166 million shares is huge to give away.
