No reference to relisting. That might make it more attractive. My holding will be diluted if I don't take it up but could but in later if shares drop in value. Morgans might have interested buyers at 27 cents but that price and 3 for 2 is all designed to improve the balance sheet without cost to morgan research and no change in level of ownership.
