I tried an at market buy earlier to test the waters. lowest sell price was 7c. The majority of the order folled at 6.8c. last few shares at 7.1c. Most of them XT trades. Looks like most of the 7c sell order was pulled.
To me thats Vwap control. Anyone with broker data?
