Good afternoon all!

Great to see RES picking up - my res heavy portfolio is finally beginning to look like it has some life in it.

Good to see a lot of the die-hards still backing res too - and Stured, great to see your enthusiasm hasn't been curbed over the last few years!

We may only be at the old 7c mark (or less if you take into account the cap raising) but the upside is all the larger. We just need to wait for the pieces to fall in place and get back to the heady days of July 08 - now those were exciting times!
