there is an annual general meeting soon.
i'm thinking there maybe a motion to issue shares to bu lady ida and bring lady ida onto BCN books.
plus there could be a good dividend at end of 2023 (cash $16 million as at 31 august) and the directors used their own money (about $10 million) to buy lady ida.
i'd be ok with an issue of shares to buy lady ida,
plus a good dividend would be a good christmas present
but i could be wrong
either way i'm ok with BCN directors who are major shareholders, who are operating a gold mine making money and usually pay dividends
