I am guilty!!

Yes, I acknowledged Dr Sud's contribution to Incannex. (IHL-42X & IHL-675A)
Yes, I acknowledge his departure was a shock to most of us, I understand he is a very intelligent man.
Yes, I wished him well and I hope we can all respect his privacy at this time.

Aren't we all entitled to some due process?
1. Publicly accusing individuals of wrongdoing without due process can lead to unfair judgments and reputational harm.
2. Publicly trying individuals in the media or on social platforms can violate this fundamental principle, potentially causing irreversible harm even if they are later found innocent.

For these reasons, I think we need to step back and let due process take its course.

I am not guilty of;
Conspiracy, Insider Trading, and all of the other mudslinging that has come my way for standing up for some decency that we all deserve regardless of the accusations.

I am guilty of;
Understanding the Incannex story as explained to me by Troy and others at the Brisbane Meetup. Particularly how this company was looking for a pivot and at that time crossed paths with Dr Sud and that fate led us to our current success with IHL-42X and IHL-675A trials.

I am not in any way condoning his conduct since he left Incannex.

My point is his service whilst he was part of Incannex deserves some acknowledgment, he deserves due process, and respect for his contribution.
