I have email my concern with Joel, he quickly responded back with reply back and ok for me share this message from him.

"Thank you for your email and I appreciate your kind words. It is great to have you as a shareholder.

I am pleased to confirm that the allegations directed at Sud have absolutely no relation to Incannex or our assets. We identified several shortcomings with Sud over a while ago and we decided to part ways with him, I am glad we decided to do this due to the recent allegations and other business dealings that have now become public.

I am also pleased to share that Sud does not own any IHL shares personally, and CVL by Monday will no longer be shareholders.

I want to reassure you, that there is no impact, crossover, or relation to IHL in any dealing that Sud has had with any of his other business interests.
