Blooming, why do you persist with this nonsense about fair value? In a best-case scenario, they may be able to make an argument for the field being worth $20 million, all up, which would equate to about 4 cents a share at current share levels, and that's a best-case scenario. Besides, GDN could be sitting on a gas reserve the size of Jupiter and they'd still be stuffed - they've got NO MONEY - they will be holding their hands out again SOON and knowing them that will mean selling to their Allegra mates for 2 cents or thereabouts. In the meantime, they may sell the gold and Johnson Range royalties for about $100,000 all up.
