I wonder if our largest share holder would make an offer ( cash ) and privatise the business , strip out a lot of the costs and just let the assets payout over time .
He has the power of veto in any other arrangement that needs a share holders vote .
My guess he would not do that and just wants his cashback with some profit , but who would know ?
