    Why is there not a third scenario being considered here?
    Could a third party not purchase ZOLEO Inc?
    Would Iridium purchase the JV?
    Are there other players who might look at it?
    In all these scenarios, Beam could still own the IP, manufacture and sell the item to the ZOLEO entity.
    We lose the recurring revenue, but if it maximises value of ZOLEO for shareholders, why not?
