I feel like they will aim to make the new site(s) for the previously stated quantities but will be able to do so at a much reduced cost.
Previous target at Greenfield site was 30ktpa. So that plus the update at Riverside (20ktpa) makes the 50ktpa target.
Once they get good at this they will be able to do it more quickly and with improved efficiencies.
One thing to remember is even if they can scale more quickly, and can offload to a market with growing demand, they are still constrained by their inputs. I'm not sure of P66 capacity to increase the volume of their coke to support NVX requirements. NVX would likely need to find an additional supplier of coke, or look at efficiencies by setting up with other P66 coking facilities out of country (eg. Humber).
