Besides all the other red flags this new company they've set up using the same address & same staff is a massive one.

Hard to imagine you can apply yourself fully to one job when you're running a completely new startup.

Does this not have anyone else concerned?

Also according to that email, if real, they knew Sud was dodgy for ages. Pretty interesting that none of this was brought up at any of the roadshows. So much for transparency.
