Very well, also has worked very well for all the most successful investors in the world (I could give you a million quotes from buffet explaining why decisions made based on share price are bad ones)
But yes, keep selling whenever prices are falling and buying when they're rising. I need someone to sell me shares when they're cheap and someone to take my bags when they're too heavy. Just don't ask me why you're not paying any CGT
