The third potential black swan event for me is African governments wanting a larger share of mines, gold and lithium so far(think LLL and AVZ) and given the change in the political landscape there how many utilities will want to sign contracts with them. Namibia have said that PDN falls under the old mining code but will that remain so, especially if the price of U rockets? This could well end up like the Lithium boom where Australian lithium companies trade at a premium because of reliability off supply. Oz and US uranium companies could become more and more sort after for the same reason.
