Wondering what's the advice from the Tjiwarl? At this stage of my investment, I'm happy with a sale if they see true benefits for the community as a whole
There is always going to be money left on the table, I'm under the understanding it's a substantial amount, however if all the ticks are truely there and this is a win win for all, I'd be ok with that.
