Hmmm ... heard that a new 'housing' index will be available soon for those who want to HEDGE a property portfolio.

Apparently, a number of Hedge Funds are keen to SHORT the Australian Housing Market which is considered to be up to 61% overvalued.

For mine ... Stiglitz is worth listening to.
