Senegal is going well, seems to be a well run organisation, which I did study recently due to a particular interest I had in stuff they were doing. I haven't tried to figure out when / why Joseph left there, but he threw his lot in with the Fingerboards crowd ~2 years ago, a pretty well switched on bunch of cookies in my direct personal experience. They had rotten luck with the Melbourne latte crowd denying them a mine license, seemingly for sport, as others in Vic were welcomed to get going, but they weren't an easy day trip from the big smoke.

When the Kalbar guys got forced back into their bunkers for a regroup (they WILL come out firing on all 8 cyls), Joseph obviously got sick of waiting and saw an opportunity.

Amusingly, Joseph is still mentioned as part of his last engagement's team, at https://www.gippslandcriticalminerals.com/about-the-company/meet-the-team but that website hasn't seen an update since before he departed, so the website is obviously not a focus for them, until they need it!
This move does give me comfort that the big position I took here is in good hands; just wish I had waited a bit longer to take it as don't like that burning sensation one little bit!

What this announcement all but directly promises is that the Oct update will be pretty good - here's hoping!
