    Obviously all speculation but what sort of premium do you usually get in these situations?

    And what price would it take for you to vote yes, personally?

    IMO, fair value is 20% of our NPV which is $1 per share.

    I'll be generous and not add any premiums to this. So any less than $1 and it's a no.
