Yeah I take all those points onboard, Im just trying to do some detailed analysis and I can find any detailed plan on how they will be addressing it. Things like; amt of water to be moved and where, how the areas receive the water (charged from ground water or rainfall/snow) including patterns (monthly etc). Basically, what you would expect from a study. Is there anything like this that address these issues?
