Thank you for your email and apologies for not responding sooner – I have been on leave and have just returned. I prefer to respond the shareholders directly as much as possible.

Progress with the Big 5 Tech client continues. All is on track, and we are moving closer to expanding our license activities to new divisions.

With regards to the mobile subscription division, we have been really pleased with the performance since bringing customer acquisition in-house. We haven't just experienced growth in customer numbers, but also improved profitability, which we expect to continue in FY24.

With $4.3m cash on hand at 30 June, UNITH is in a fortunate position that is has the required funding to continue to develop the technology and progress our commercialisation roadmap.

I believe that momentum for UNITH will continue to build as investors become more educated about the enormous potential within the conversational AI market and as we continue to deliver on our roadmap, which includes continuing to sign on new customers to the Talking Head platform.

We will be providing the market a further update on our progress in October.
