About 105% are male, so if we take approx numbers of 75m / 3600 (DMD babies ratio 3600:1) =21000 approx.
Average life of DMD boys is approx 20.
20x21000=420000
At any given time its possible there could be approx 400k DMD boys worldwide .
ANP's estimate seems valid.
Also, that would be a 126 with many zeroes at total exposure of market.
