    Do we know if this impacts the current EPA process? Hoping we can continue and get enviro's, native title and become much more attractive to other outfits before we have to vote on this stinker of a proposal.

    TMT are not due to get docs on the merger out to investors until November. Surely the inflight processes will continue.

    Look forward to hearing thoughts on this.
